Hi All, What advice can you offer with regards to a first cycle for a 40 year old first timer. Training 4 years solid, diet is very good, training hard 4 times a week. Wants to gain some lean muscle. Current weight 154 lbs, would like to be about 180lbs-hard gainer. Height is 5ft 8", current b/f is 14%. How about test cyp for 6-8 weeks, with nolvadex as pct? Many thanks..
