    Dr. cycle protocol

    Hi guys I'm new here.

    Just starting a cycle, have been natural for 6 years now, just recently started working out again 1 year ago.

    stats

    5'11
    201 lbs
    15-18% body fat
    a lot of fat around the mid section

    diet example:
    8:00am
    2 whole grain toasts (egg whites on top) no salt,no oil, no butter.
    1/4 cantaloupe
    1 glass skim milk
    5 free form amino acid pills


    11:00am
    2 rice cakes plain
    low fat cottage cheese
    1 grapefruit
    2 glasses of water


    2-3pm
    canned tuna with lemon juice
    8 fresh baby carrots
    half an avocado
    multi vitamin pack

    6pm
    boneless skinless chicken breast
    broccoli steamed
    2 glasses skim milk
    5 free form amino acid pills

    9-11pm
    1 peanut butter rice cake
    protein shake
    water

    darn its not adding it let me type it rea quick

    test cyp 200mg inject 1ml per week
    nandrolone decanoate 200mg inject 1/2 ml
    HCG 11,000 units inject 1ml per week sub q
    Anastrozole 1.1mg 1 cap mon,wed,fri
    stanazolol 50mg caps 1 cap daily
    oxandrolone 25mg caps 2 caps everyday 1pm 1am
    sermorelin 6mg inject 300mcg daily sub q
    b-12 inject 1ml a week

    any thoughts? I'm really looking to lose fat and maybe gain 10-15 pounds of muscle and cut up.

    i also have 2-3 sources of protein 30 grams each through out the day

    bars and shakes

    i would like to be about 175 solid

    For a first cycle I would not run all of those compounds.
    Your diet needs alot of work.
    You are not running your ancillaries right in my opinion.

    30 years old

    i am very new to this tboney.

    first time i started using gear i was young and didnt know what i was doing.

    This time i figured going through a doc would be a better bet.

    I will do my own due dilligence and come up with a better diet as well as 1st cycle.
    I paid the doc already for this one and have not started yet.

    What length are you planning on runnin cycle.

    To be honest it is not a food cycle for you, I can tell you that for sure
