Does bacteriostatic water need to be refrigerated before I Use it to reconstitute anything?

It does not have to be refridgerated. That said, I keep mine in the fridge. I use it for peptides, which I keep in the freezer until they need to be reconstituted. I simply get the peptide from the freezer, put it in the fridge next to the Bact water overnight. Then I reconstitute the next morning. The peptide and the Bact water are now the same temperature. Makes for easy reconstitution.

Again, you don't have to do it like this. It just works for me.
