Gynocomastia Fears, Need Help

I injected 2mls (100mg) Winstrol on Monday evening (its Thursday lunch time now) in to my right pec.

The pain was as you'd expect from a winny pin. Pain is all but gone today, but this morning I noticed my right pec is quite 'swollen' compared to my left. My nipple even seems somewhat 'puffy'.

It does feel hard behind my nipple, but my whole right pec seems hard. Like it does from a winny pin. Wherever I inject it seems to make that muscle really hard compared to the other side. My nipple or pec does not feel sensitive or tender. No itchiness or anything else.

It is purely the appearance that started me worrying.

Based on this, would you say gyno or just swollen from the Winstrol?

Should I give it another couple of days to see if the swelling subsides?

What should I begin taking immediately if it appears to be gyno? Letrozole?

Should I go to the doctor to get a professional opinion?

Btw, my cycle is

1-14 Test E (or cyp) 500-750mg/week
1-12 Deca 375mg/week
8-14 Winstrol 100mg/day

I am just about at the end of my eighth week.

So far, some slight testicular atrophy. No acne, no rage, no other sides.

most people will get some gyno at those levels. I had to have mine cut out 7 years ago because I didnt use anti Es along the way.....get some Arimedex or Letro

Weird thing is, no itchiness or any other Gyno symptoms.

It just seems really coincidental that the swelling has come about immediately after my Winstrol injection in to that pec.

Also, wouldn't gyno be appearing in both pecs?

I think I will give it till Sunday (3 days) to see if the swelling goes or if any other symptoms occur.

Then, if needed, I will start taking Nolvadex and Letrozole.

What doses should I take and how long till I see reversal of the symptoms?

Also, it was my understanding that both Deca and Winstrol are rather low androgens. And even lower aromatisation to estrogen.

So, only the Test would really be a contributing factor for aromitisation to estrogen to facilitate gynocomastia. Is this correct?

If so, would 500-750mg/week really be enough to provide the environment for this to occur? Especially considering Test E actually only contains ~70mg of test per 100mg, and Test Cyp slightly higher at 80mg, I think. So 500-750mg of Test E would only be 350-520mg of actual Testosterone. And I only started the Test Cyp on Monday (3 days ago).

Thats the problem with not running a test only cycle for your first. You dont know if its the decca or the test causing the gyno. Each types of gyno are treated differently. If I were to guess its prob from the test.

Its prob too late. He can try the letro reversal protocal but I wouldnt. I could just cause estrogen rebound and make it worse.

what about the typical PCT with Tamox, this should be fine right.
Fortunately for him he went to a MedSpa to a PA-C,AAAHP and gets test injections weekly, but man is it ever expensive.
I think he needs to still PCT.

He should run an ai on cycle. He should run clomid and tamox for pct.

Arimidex is perscription. I think Liquidex is same? and can be bought from research chems on this site. If you are getting gyno mid cycle I would address it now...it may or may not go away during pct. I found I need a full mg arimidex dose daily to keep down gyno during a 700+mg test cycle.

is there a small painful lump under ur nip.. yes it happens in one nip too..just getting rid of mine..1mg ed adex does it for me but everyone is different..i suggest you get blood work done..since its ur first cycle you will find out how ur hormones behave plus know if it is progesterone/prolactin from deca or high estrogen from test...dangerous idea doing multiple products as ur first cycle imho

My mate got nolva prescribed to him by his doctor in sydney but i think some will and some wont.

i guess its from that injection that your entire chest has flared up..medical name for nolva is tamoxifen citrate.and letro is letrozole..depending on ur location you might find it at the medical store..
post ur blood work here,maybe you dont have gyno and wont need tamox or letro..
