My source tells me Winny over Var.
I'm 5'9", 170, but at an abismal 17% BF. I know I know.
So I'm radically changing diet, and I wanted to do something more mild so thought Var. 20MG a day for 2 weeks, 30 for 2 weeks, 40 for 2 weeks, and then 60 for two weeks then off.
I don't want to gain anything, or more than say 7 lbs, but rather get better strength and recovery time with some lean muscle.
Thoughts?
