    It's a basic beginner cycle.

    I approve. At least it's a change from "dbol only" cycles.

    Edit: didn't see that it was 1gram test/week.

    Personally I'd stick with 500/wk. I don't think you gain much of an advantage shooting more than 750/week.

    you can write it in 4 lines

    do you mean 500mg TestE x 2 for a total of 1g Test E per week? or is it a mistake and you mean 250mg x 2?

    why take arimades daily estrogin blockers should only be takin as needed on a cycle.... just my .02

    he probably means 2 shots of 250mg. and you should run 12 weeks seeing as its a longer ester, give yourself some time for growth.

    Should I be taking Arimidex at .5mg or is it fine at .25mg?

    Also, is there a necessity for HCG at weeks 11-12??

    .25mg everyother day of arimidex will work great. If you still experience bloat, acne and other estrogen sides then bump it to everyday. No need for hcg but if you are gonna use it do it during cycle.
