    deca/dbol cycle (WHAT PCT NEEDED?)

    i have been training solid for more than year now in the weight room, but also have been doing mixed martial arts for the past 5yrs

    been doing the workouts out of the arnold encyclopedia and following the diet laid out in there as well

    my daily diet looks like the following:

    approx 3500 - 4000 calories daily

    160 g fat
    290 g carb
    290 g Protein

    i lift heavy 3 times a week in the morn and do mixed martial arts 5 days a week in the evenings


    alright i got enough feedback from my last post to know that the deca only cycle was crap....

    what about a deca/dbol stack as follows?
    What PCT do i need to do?

    wk deca dbol
    1 200mg 0
    2 200mg 0
    3 200mg 10mg/day
    4 200mg 10mg/day
    5 300mg 10mg/day
    6 300mg 15mg/day
    7 300mg 15mg/day
    8 300mg 15mg/day

    They told u deca was bad. So now you want to deca/dbol stack? Its even worse.... Have you done any reading?

    Get steroids out of your mind. And educate yourself the slightest bit before even thinking of cycling... Please

    forums are part of the education process... community feedback is important, but not definitive

    deca/dbol stack pulled straight out of william llewellyn's "anabolics 2009"

    comment in the book re this stack
    "This is an extremely old and widely repeated steroid combination, based on the predominantly anabolic steroid nandrolone decanoate. Methandrostenolone serves as the androgenic component of this stack, and is added during week 3, which is a time that side effects of reduced androgenicity (with the exclusive use of nandrolone decanoate) are commonly noticed, such as loss of libido and sexual dysfunction.The doses used in this cycle are not high by most bodybuilding standards, but are sufficient to impart a noticeable increase in muscle size and strength."

    Then you'll be pleased to know that you wont be able to get an erection on a deca with no test base cycle

    i ran deca by it self and made my best gains from it ever but my dick was a paper weight,
    deca and test e is a good starter from where your at but those doses arnt going to do shit bro, the taper thing is out, people were all for it 10 yrs ago, keep it at 400mgwk if anything.
    do research, find out what a pct is then plan 1 so you can turn back human, get your food in check cause if you eat like 195lb person you'll end up right back where you started at 195.
    any bloodwork done? ever?

    forget tht book, only use for it is for spotting fakes. stick around here, read the stickies, in afew days you will be armed with the ness. info
