Need some future cycle asdvise. PLEASE HELP

Hows it going guys,

I am new to this forum but not new to working out or using AAS. I will give you a brief discription of what ive been up to and what i plan to do. ( with some help from you guys lol )

I did my 3rd cycle in June 2009 - August 2009. Decided to bridge with some test insted of pct until Dec 2009. Started my current cycle of Test cyp, deca and Dbols and am just about to either start pct and or bridge to my next cycle. Here is where you guys come in.

If I do a PCT , How do I make sure that I recover fully? being that I have been on a AAS for almost 9 months straight? I have everything on hand , clomids , hcg , nolva and even adex. And what dosages do I intake?

If I bridge I was told I can take DBOLS and do a strong pct at the same time???

or just bridge with test @ 150mg ew until june again?

My current cycle goes as follows.

Test cyp 600mg ew weeks 1 - 12
Deca 350mg ew weeks 1-10
DBOLS 20mg ed weeks 1 -4
Adex .5mg eod weeks 1 -12
HCG 500iu eod weeks 1-12

Please ( guys with experience ) let me know what you would do. I am not a competitive bb but want to maintane all gains but I want to possibly start having kids with my wife.

There are two ways to find out if you have fully recovered, 1.) is how you feel 2.) is bloodwork
Have you ever gotten your blood work done.
Leave the DBOL out of your PCT
What were your dosages and what are your stats before this cycle and now?

Tren 100ml/mg
Test E 300ml/mg
Winstrol 50ml/mg

how many cc's of each and how often should i do them. Should i ramp up in the middle of the cycle then ramp down etc? Please help thanks!

okay so the cycle I am finishing now goes as follows.

test cyp 600mg a week weeks 1-14
dbols 20mg ed weeks 1-4
deca 375mg a week weeks 1-12
hcg 500 iu eod weeks 1 - 14
adex .5 mg eod weeks 1-14

My stats before this cycle was 22 yrs old 5'9" 185lbs , now i am 204lbs. I have never gotten my blood work done and am not sure how to approach my family doctor about getting it done. I live in canada so can someone suggest how to do this?

Also I am willing to do 150 - 200mg of test and bridge to my next cycle but like I said I want to make sure I can have kids soon. what do you guys reccomend? My next cycle will be as follows:

winstrol 300mg weeks 1-11
masteron 400mg weeks 1 -14
test enth 500mg weeks 1-14
hcg weeks 12-14
adex .5mg eod though out. ( i have read that with masteron adex can be avoided? )
