You might want to try benching with dumbells. Your pecs will be working seperately, so it would probably help.

I started doing some single arm lifts working my right side (single arm dumbbell presses etc...) because it was "smaller than my left side" the weird thing is that my right is stronger for the most part....but still hasn't completely evened out. I'm still slightly larger on my left side than my right. Go figure?......

wouldnt it be possible that your left pec is bigger, because your left shoulder or triceps are weaker, so the left chest is working just a bit harder.
There could be several reasons for being unbalanced , do you have a job that could case one side to work harder than the other, am not saying a job would make you bigger on one side, but maybe it is overworking the small side.
Your elbow could be slightly off on one side when doing bench presses, have someone watch your form through the whole movement.
Just saying there are two ways to look at it, your said your left side is bigger...but maybe the right side is smaller, so what can case one side to be larger, or what could case one side to be smaller

Only to basically reiterate what everyone has already said...
Your body is made to grow and keep symmetry but there could be a number of reasons causing you to overcompensate and lift incorrectly. You don't have to get rid of the barbell entirely, but def throw in a lot of single arm exercises. Not just for chest, but for your arms too just to be sure. Don't worry you don't have some freak body that naturally grows a giant left pec, if you did though it'd be kinda sweet

My left peck is bigger on top than my right too. I only train dumbells for chest due to shoulder inj from bench. I think some its normal to an extent, do you have pics?

Look tony montana,
Obv. No matter how much I would want to see you face to face. Theres no point talking smack because it will never happen. After reading your last thread it would seem you are the one all big behind his keyboard.
Your just a goof, dont go giving advice because you dont know sh!t. Just because your on a cycle, thats not going to well for obvious reasons. Doesnt mean you can go around giving advice. I think your such an idiot I get upset if I even see you agreeing with a post.
When I think of you, this is what I see ...

This whole thread is a flame thread now lol? I'm surprised a vet or mod hasn't locked it haha. This is getting out of hand. I think we all agree that twotimer and dr.pepper don't care too greatly for each other.... So lets get back to the real sh*t- health and fitness!
