gyno developing - wait to order aromasin? or use nolva on hand?

ok here’s the scenario – gyno, whether to use nolva that was meant for pct, or order aromisan and risk it taking too long.....

i posted a couple weeks ago about my mate and him not having ordered pct before he started and had veryyy intro signs of gyno....... so.. he ordered the nolva/clomid combo from ar-r , and it arrived in Australia 13 days later – impressive!

problem – his gyno has progressed rather rapidly. I’ve tried doing some reading for him, but cant decide what to tell him to do.

its a hard lump under both nipples, sensitive, puffy......

mid week 6 of a 10 week cycle, test e 500mg/wk

should he:

order aromasin and wait for it to come (hopefully 2 weeks, but could take up to 6 weeks), and save nolva for PCT only – but it could have progressed a lot more by then

or

use nolva (40mg ed) to tackle the gyno until it goes away, and then use the remainder nolva and clomid for pct
(if this is the answer you think is best, would he still have enough for pct? its a 50ml tamox from ar-r.)

or

if he wont have enough nolva for both.... should he use the nolva to combat it now, and order some more nolva to use during pct.

used 10mg nolva per day till it clears up, you most def do not need 40mg , you need to be beta prepared if your gona continue cycling

I would run 20mgs nolva/day until the aromasin comes in and continue running it 2 weeks into the aromasin.....

thanks for the advice mate, but it's not me who has the gyno.. it's a buddy. but yeah, you're right, he should have been more prepared!

so general concensus...

- use the nolva at 20mg ed for now
- order aromasin /exemastane asap
- order nolva (in case he runs short for pct)
- use the nolva right through until the aromasin arrives, begin aromasin
- stop nolva 2 weeks after starting aromasin
- continue using aromasin (for how long? until it goes away? or longer?)
- start a nolva/clomid pct as per usual 14 days after last injection of enanthate

and i posted this in the ar-r product comment forum, but not sure if many people look at that section...

this has got to be one of the most stupid questions ever... and i hope it is a simple answer...

everything i've read says something along the lines of "10 pumps = 1cc"

what is a pump?

they just have screw off lids? like little hotel shampoo bottles?

no form of pump / spray etc etc

what the hell does he do with it ha ha ha

only thing i could possibly think of it using a syringe? but that seems ridiculous?

tboney --- just for clarification........

he's been using the nolva 20mg ed, and has ordered new nolva and aromasin ...

when the aromasin arrives, he will stop using the nolva and begin the aromasin...

but when does he stop using the aromisan?

when he stop using the test?

continue using aromasin all the way through pct?

cos the way its looking now.... he may not even get the aromisan until the time he has finished his test!

in which case should he just have ordered letro, completed pct, and then started letro using c_bino's gyno reversal protocol?

when i ran into this issue, i ran nolva at 20mg/day untill it "balanced" out (wasnt worse), and then ran it at 10mg/day for the rest of my cycle.

this current cycle, i am running arimidex . because i know im sensitive, i felt it was best to take measures before hand.

i started with 1mg/day for a week, then down to 0.5mg/day

if you can get some arimidex also, i would.
