    Planning my first cycle, heres what i have so far!

    Hey people im planning my first cycle and so far ive come up with....

    8 weeks of Test E or Prop - 500 mg a week, 250 on a monday and 250 on a thursday.

    4 weeks of D'bol - 50 mg per day (10 mg tabs) 5 tabs spread out throughout the day.

    I'm not sure how many weeks to take Deca for and how much to take each week can someone help me out?

    Stats are;

    20 years old.
    5,8 ft in height.
    9,1 stone (127.4 pounds)
    gym experience year and 6 months.

    anyone comment on the Deca problem and what gains would i expect to see? thanks.

    Bro, take some time to read up on what can and has happened to guys cycling at your age! I am not going to lecture you here. Just research it. You are far to young and taking a RISK!

    i started at your age and am 26 and now have low test levels....

    you need to gain more weight your at 127 pounds? diet is the most important key for you, dont jump into steriods ull damage yourself more then you will do good..

    You are way too young. At 5'8", 127lbs., there is alot of room there to grow naturally. Your diet has to really suck. Research, get your diet squared up, hit the gym hard and think about gear in about 4-5 more years.

    Dont do it!! Food can make you bigger than roids if you eat right. Go into the diet forum!!!

    Listen to the boys on this one. Forget the fact that you are so young, you are also not educated enough in AAS to run a cycle. That proposed cycle would be absolutely useless. The diet section will help you add substantial muscle in just one year naturally and you wont regret that for the rest of your life.
