    New Test C Cycle- First time in a long time.

    I just turned 37 years old. Had blood work done. Test still in 500s. I am 6'0 205 lbs. BF is around 10% I guess. I am vascular in my arms and shoulders but metabolism slowed down a bit so the 6 pack is gone.

    Been training for 20 plus years. Decided to take the Test to add some extra muscle mass. It is 10 weeks worth 250mg. I started my injection today. I also have HCG script and I was given Nolvadex for PCT. I also have HGH script but a little nervous to start that. HGH level is low (as all 37 Year olds level would be). Nervous due to lack of experience with it. Lots of older guys at my gym are on it and love it. Just nervous that it could speed up any bad cell production.

    I am good with eating clean diet. Cardio is pretty consistent. Every Spring and Summer I go from 205-210 lbs to 195lbs and I am pretty shredded but I loose too much muscle mass or I do not like how I look with lower BF. Shirts fit too loose, legs look skinny, etc. Or it may just be in my head.

    I have read the different threads on PCT. Is nolvadex enough? Clomid is always mentioned, should I be concerned not to have it? I know my cycle is a bit week, but it is the first one since taking a straight D-Bol cycle at 19 years old. What about HCG, should I start mid cycle or only use it if the nads shrink up. I will attach before and after pics. When do you think the Test will kick in?

    Your gonna want to run clomid and nolva for pct. The test your going to be taking even thought its a low dose will still shut you down. What kind of test is it.

    Test c will take between two and three weeks to kick in

    dr. did not prescribe it. Try to get it somewhere else.

    When should I start PCT? When should I start HCG ?

    I know you get out what you put in. But is it reasonable to put on 10 lbs over these 10 weeks that I can keep?

    It all depends on genetics and work ethic imo. I just put on 20 pounds of muscle from a 7 week prop only cycle. You should start pct about 12 days after last shot. Hcg can be run different ways, Ive heard of people running it throught thier cycle and others that start running it three weeks before they start pct.

    I was told to start nolvadex half way through cycle? Should I avoid this unless I have gyno symptoms? What are your feelings on that? I am not sure about HCG . I think I will wait until cycle is finished? Have you ever used HCG? If so what were your results from it?

    AG- I read one of your comments on another thread. You mention Armidex as a must during the cycle. Do you think it is compulsory for me to use Armidex?

    I don't get the I dont like the way I look with less body fat and you saying you loose to much muscle mass I mean fat is fat muscle is muscle are you loosing fat or muscle when you cut cuz if your loosing muscle then your diet isnt as good as you think.

    10% bf and you have no abs showing I dont buy that!!

    you say doctor prescribed is this trt

    Your right diet is probably not as good as it can be. I may eat less during the summer due to heat. I am not as hungry. What I am saying is in fall and winter I tend to slack on the cardio and eat more calories. During the Spring I like to cut up as much as possible and change my workout into more of circuit training versus isolated power movements.

    As far as BF%, I am guessing. I have top abs showing, veins in shoulders and bi's, and forearms when working out. I never was tested for bf%. Sorry for making a guess.

    As far as script, yes this is trt.
