    What cycle should I do?

    So im 6 foot 5, 210 pounds. Probably about 20-25% bf.

    Im looking to really cut down the bodyfat to the max.

    I know diet and cardio and such does wonders alright. But lets be real here, what will help me the most with this. Winny? or whats up.

    lmao... Holy crap. I can see why some of the more experienced members get attitudes. At least 50 people come on here every single day and ask the exact same question without taking 5 minutes to read or search.

    if you are 6'5" at 210lbs., i don't understand how you would not be skinny as a rail. something just doesn't seem right.

    if you are already that light at 6'5", you can do a ketogenic diet and 45 minutes of cardio daily for 1 month and get down to 190lbs. and look like an ethiopian. send us a pic. i've never seen a 6'5" guy that is not skinny at 210lbs.

    you don't need steroids.

    ^ I agree you dont need steriods at this moment. 20 mins of cardio in the am on an empty stomache an 30 minutes at the gym 3-4 times a week, on a spot on diet will set you on track in no time.. Then you could save that money u wud have wasted on a cutting cycle an start a bulking cycle when you're ready for it :P
