First Cycle, might have a problem

Ok, so I started a cycle about 7 weeks ago. I am 29, I have workout experience in the past (not much) but I just started back to the gym as I started the first injection. I know a big mistake considering I have been lazy the past two years recovering from back type surgery two years ago.

First off my workout schedule is 5 days a week, 1 section a day. Shoulders,Legs,Back,Arms,Chest. (not in that order). I have been properly trained on form and proper exercises per day. Followed by 25-30 mins of cardio at least 4 of the 5 days.

Now to the problem, I started the cycle not knowing enough. I use the right needles and do the right exercises and even eat right. (Lots of baked chicken, fish, turkey, and egg whites). But I think I could get injured from what I was reading due to my lack of being in the gym for the past two years prior to the cycle.

I'm on Testosterone Enanthate 200mg/ml. For the last 7 weeks I've been making another mistake of going three times a week with injections of 1cc. So I was doing Monday, Wednesday, Friday, equaling 600mg a week.

I will keep the 600mg but go to twice a week of 1.5cc injections. Sunday Night/Thursday Morning.

Do I finish my cycle? Or should I stop now before I get hurt?

PCT will be 14 days after last inj to go 100mg clomid and 20mg of tamox for 30 days.

    I'm 5'10"
    195lbs
not fat but not in great shape.

Any input would be great. I've already learned a few mistakes I've made so far, I don't want to make anymore. Please help.

post up your diet, and in all honesty.. you SHOULD NOT be on aas at all.. waste of money and time.. at your state you will get almost the same results with or without gear..

aas is used to break platues not as a jump start from being lazy

I would stop cycle and start your PCT in 1.5 weeks after your last injection. Save the rest of your gear for when you are ready. Get your body lean and in shape after a year or so of hard work. Read up on everything you can on this forum so you know what you're doing. Then you will be ready.

I'm learning watching some dieting videos from this site. My Protein might be a little low.

    Meal 1 - 9:00AM
    Banana
    Cup of skim milk
egg whites - 15-30ish grams of protein

    Meal 2 - 12:00
Two chicken salad sandwiches - some mayo and white bread. 60mg of Protein.
    Broccoli

    Meal 3 - 3:00PM
Chicken salad sandwich - 25-30g protein

Eat a banana or orange 1 hour prior to workout.
    Workout about 7PM-8PM-8:30PM

    Meal 4 - Dinner - usually around 9:00PM
Usually lots of baked chicken, turkey or fish. usually 80g of protein. Vegetables.

    Meal 5 - 11:00PM
Egg Whites, skim Milk, Spoonful of crunchy peanut butter, fruit

    Sleep around 1:00AM

    Wake around 8:00AM

Edit : Also use Super pump, B-6, and multi-vit supplements.

So what makes the most sense? I realize I should not be using gear but I'm already mid-cycle. Confused if it's safe or not to stop and go to PCT. I'll continue to workout and reach my max potential. At that point I'll revisit the idea.

Maybe go with a lower dosage for a week then stop?

< coming from no real experience, since you have already gone 7 weeks i'd do one more week to meet that minimum cycle that most guys like to say is 8 weeks, then stop and do PCT, you will be fine tho, u have made it this long, the only way u can injure yoursef is if you push yourself too hard, i am in no way telling you not to workout hard but i wouldnt push myself to the limit, i'd take it a little easier the next month or two, but still get a great workout in

PERSONALLY, even tho i have never taken it lol, from what i have READ you should not run clomid at 100mg for 30 days, run it for 10 days then drop to 50 MG for the other 3 weeks , you may also want to bump nolvadex up to 40 mg for the first week, but i dont think it should matter much

Thanks for the replies and for such a great source of information. I need a good year in the gym before I consider gear. I'm just glad I found this place before I wasted lots of money or hurt myself. I think I'll concentrate on getting a perfect diet that I'm used to using along with the general getting leaner and stronger on my own. See my own limits, then consider starting correctly. Seems like from what I'm reading diet is more of a key than gear, but I'm a learning noob.

Very well might finish the cycle I'm on then go off for at least 3-6 months then, re-evaluate.

I trust the guy the gear comes from. He said absolutely don't take anymore than what I am but he feels that I should be ok considering my size to begin with and my dedication to the gym. I used to body build before the surgery so quitting my workouts is not likely unless I get hurt.

One comment said, "AAS should not be used as a jump start from being lazy." That I'm sure is true but it's too late for that......I have already seen bigger gains than I did two-three years ago, with no gear. I'm 7 weeks in, stopping mid-cycle almost sounds like more of a waste than just finishing up the darn thing. I usually don't train alone and have knowledgeable people around me.

    Positives :

    More Energy
    More Libido
    Quicker Gains
    Less Pain from my back
Correct dosage even for a beginner.
    Fair Diet

    Negatives :

    Might get hurt
Might be a waste of money - (see positives)
Diet might not be good enough yet

My current goals are to cut fat and build lean muscle. I thought test made it easier to cut weight as well as bulk up.

The positives sure seem to outweigh the negatives. The only thing I lacked it seems is a perfect diet. I think my current one is not horrible. (could be tons worse). And the fact I have not trained my muscles in the last 2 ish years prior to starting.

I'm not looking for anyone to say, your doing the right thing but I would like to think I can finish my cycle without and life threatening problems.

If you are out of shape and haven't worked out in 2 years, I'm guessing that those gains you're seeing in actually water retention...estrogen. and yes you're almost certain to hurt yourself being that takes atleast 6 months to get your true musclememory back from a 2 year hiatus. Trust me. I'm a full year back after a break and get accused constantly by gym vets of already doing a cycle, and still a long way of extremely hard work away from starting my first cycle.

Truth be told, I think that you should be certain that this will be a lifelong commitment before you committ tosomething that can have lifelong effects.

True readiness is looking like you're on gear long before you ever start using it.

^^^edit to my above post (post whore version of editing)

Sorry, I reread, and realized that you already understand that you shouldn't be cycling yet.

Enjoy the process of getting back in shape!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah, it was a bad idea to start and I'm aware of that now. But damage has been done, I'm just looking to do some damage control at this point. When I said gains I meant strength gains not weight gains. Weight has really stayed the same. I think that has to do with losing fat and building muscle. Sure I probably would have gained 80% of that strength without the gear but I'm sure it has helped. Now it's time to just finish the dumb noob cycle then go back to normal and build my own muscles for quite some time prior to going back on the gear if I choose to do so.

So, I did quit the aas after week 9 was over. I have started PCT. For anyone reading this that is new. These guys were right it was a bad idea to start using gear before you have gym experience. I made very good strength gains and lost body fat but it was very hard on my body. My diet was not as good as it should have been. So I was fixing my diet, getting used to the gym again and my body was making major changes that were hard to handle.

The only positives that came from the 9 weeks was I know how to inject now and my diet is getting closer to being right. It is going to take 12-20 months for me to be ready for the aas. I need more of a base of muscle to work with and a PERFECT diet before I try again. I made great gains but quite a bit was wasted due to bad diet and not having a SOILD base to build muscle off of.

Keep giving good advice guys. I'll get ready for a real cycle that I can get full benefit from one day. For now it's time to hit the gym religiously and get ready for it correctly this time.
