    First Time, looking for insight

    I have been considering taking a different route on my training and want to help get out of my plateau. Im leaning toward Sustanon 250 for a start, maybe for 4 to 6 weeks along with 2 weeks of dbol to jumpstart. the grey areas for me are the PCT because it seems alot of people have different inputs on it.

    Anyway here is a little backgroud of myself;

    I am 23 years old
    250lbs
    6'6 (maybe 6'7)
    I dont know my BF%
    and i have trained off and on for years, now more regular than ever. Now i currently train on average 3-4 days a week with rest being one of my main focus.
    I dont eat red meat, and prefer only chicken and fish. My diet isnt to specific, but i have been told by many body builders that with the correct training and discipline you can eat whatever you want ( to an extent )

    I am looking to cut down some fat and increase mass, while helping to get through my plateau i have currently subsided into... Anyway, im just lookin for some insight, not a list of things i am doing wrong. Let me know what parts of this sound like they need some tuning or what i can do to improve my results.

    Thanks!

    4-6 weeks is pointless, you will be stopping just about the time when the sustanon is really kicking in

    they are full of shit, training and cardio can NEVER compensate for a bad diet, it's way to easy to get tons of calories from eating that would take hours and hours of cardio to burn through

    well we can't give you insight without pointing out what parts are wrong, that's how you learn, but from the looks of it, you don't need insight, you need to start researching

    Buy a cloth measuring tape from Michaels and find a body fat calculation website.

    Thanks tho, this gives me a little more area specific research for me to look into. Much appreciated and continued work and inquiry in these areas will provide me progress for my next post.

    Thanks

    You can start by going to each forum topic that pertains to you, and read the stickies. And be careful with your snyde remarks, because your stay will be a short one if you keep addressing mods and vets that way.

    This place can be the most vital tool in achieving your goals and the people here are very knowledgeable.
