    Question First timer.

    Ok here goes. I have finally made up my mind to enter the world of AAS. I have been working out religiously 5-6 days a week hitting every body part for the last 4 years. I have a fairly clean high protein diet. I am 6'3" 270 around 17-17.5% body fat. I used to be obese at 330-340lbs. I dropped weight to 240 and around 15% body fat, I have stayed at my current size for nearly a year. I have tried "designer" steroids and prohormones, which I believed may have helped...a little. I have been doing a lot of homework on this subject for a while reading and rereading information, so now I put my questions out to you about my cycle I am thinking of taking.

    The Cycle I have constructed is to help me get as much mass as possible then cut. I am open to any and all suggestions, if this is too much, length, dosage recommendation, times to start implementing different AAS, and recommended use of Nolvadex during cycle. Is this a good cycle? Or is this overzealous? What should be my realistic goals and expectations with this cycle be? Any help would be greatly appreciated I would like as much feed back as possible before I commit. Thanks.

    Here it is:
    Weeks 1-6 or 1-8:
    30 or 40 mg of Dianabol, ed.
    200 or 400 mg of deca, a week, (comes in 200mg amps).
    (should I be taking winstrol with the first half of this cycle as well to lessen water retention?)

    weeks 7-14 or 9-16:
    50mg of Proviron, ed
    100-200mg of tren, per week
    20-40mg of Winstrol, ed
    last 6 weeks to include Cytomel and synthroid and a maybe clen if I can get it.

    age?

    That cycle is a mess, my friend. Sorry to say.

    And at 17% bf I would not worry about "bulking" at this time, imo.

    im 27. I understand this cycle is probably off. do you have any suggestions? I appreciate your opinion. I am all ears and am looking for a bit of guidance. Kinda why I turned to the forum before I do anything. If you have any advice on how to clean up my cycle I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.

    Question

    I just finished reading the information from the link. Thank you. Like I said earlier, I am coming here for help and guidance. I do feel confident about the diet aspect of taking a cycle. I already follow a pretty clean/healthy diet. I do have some questions to pose. I am at 17% bf. Should I do a straight cutting cycle? It seems everywhere I read in books, online, and even in medical articles, that the first cycle should be a mass gain? Or am I totally off on this? Looking at what I posted first is there any way to work with I posted or do I need to scrap the entire thing and start over?

    you're stats dont look like they're adding up right.. you lost 2% bf by losing 30lbs?.. i dont know seems you would lose more BF. 6'3 270 is large already. I would really like to see a pic of you. shirtless no homo.. but if i were you i would go back to 240 at 15% and then consider a cycle.

    a lot more muscle than before
    ill try putting on pictures of of 330, 260ish, 240, and more recent

    i really think you should post pics.. anyone at 270 at 17bf is a beast in my book even at 20%bf .. not saying your not but i'd like to see it..

    You need to lose weight before you run anything or that gyno will flare up worse. Im not picking on you but you really look horrible. You need to diet not use aas.

    no offense but you are not 15% bf in any of those pics.. you should lose more weight... well not weight... people have a big misconception about weight and body fat... just cause you wiegh 150lbs doesnt mean you're in shape.. bf% could be 30% for all we know.. lower you're bf to around 15% at least then cycle.. but if you have you heart set on it.. i would do test 250x2 a week for 12 weeks. with t3 at a moderate dose.. given that your diet is up to par

    and 17 is not correct. its 18.1 is what my tape measure and calipers and calculator are saying...unless im not using them correctly

    you are not using them correctly. you're 25% or more. i cant really tell. but that's closer to your bf

    well is there anything I can do to help with this then? I'm currently in training for my 3rd marathon in june. I'm doing tons of cardio, along with hitting the weights 5-6 days a week. And eating clean. I believe it, I do not look good. Thats why I'm here, right? I'm taking notes on everything ppl say.

    If youve never run aas before and you start with your bf the way it is i can guarentee you that your gyno will double in size from one cycle. Did you know you have some gyno going on?

    I wondered if thats what it was, but ive never used AAS before. So how did that happen or how do I get rid of it?

    i can already tell you, your probably sucks... post your diet. here or better yet go to the diet section and get help on it. you could just diet and use a low dose of t3 paired wth working out... and lose a significant amount of bf%

    I got way worse gyno than you from using aas and had to have sugery. I think you can reduce yours alot by just dieting. Be very carefull if you ever run aas in the future to run an ai during cycle. I diddnt do that and had to learn the hard way.

    do i need to look into just taking AI now, just for it? or if i take t3?
