    oh no!! ur the police!!! cant help you here!! lol jk prop looks like it should be upped a bit. also that will have to be pinned at least once every two days. got a lot of info posted. good job on that. u will get helped out soon. also i wouldnt work out a muscle group twice a week until failure. just my opinion.

    He is running a test only cycle, it's a blend of different esters.
    Test-propionate 35mg
    Test-phenilpropionate 70mg
    Test-isocaproate 70mg
    Test-decanoate 125mg

    some people can gain off of 300mgs of test a week, i personally would use at least 500mgs a week. Do you know what post cycle therapy (pct) is and what it involves?

    id run hcg throughout your cycle at 250ius twice a week, pct is pretty simple....just use the search button.

    This is a very mild test dose, with only the quick esthers giving you any boost at this point. The longer esther test has not even kicked in yet. Most of what you're feeling is placebo effect. I highly doubt you gained 5 lbs of water with a couple hundred MG of test (Im talking the quick esthers here) at this point.

    Don't expect much from this cycle.
