swapping from Tast E to Test Prop during cycle.

If i-'m on yest e at 250 mg every two days as in inject on mon, thursday, sunday,wed etc
what's the best way to swap to prop instead?
Would it be to shoot my lats test e then wait just one day and give my self a shot of prop then shoot every other day?

Wait two - three days after your last shot of Test-E, and then just swap to 100mg/ed (each day) of prop or 200mg (each other day)

200mg/eod = ~700mg/wk
