Thread: About to to CLEN for the first time

    About to take CLEN for the first time need some help

    I am about to do CLEN for the first time. Is it necessary to use Turine with it, I know from the little research that i did on it that it will lower the levels of Turine in your body and cause Muscle craps. So do I need to take Turine with it ? Iam 12% body fat right now and still training hard is this the right time to do a cycle of CLEN would it be better to drop more first? I have went from 240LBS and 22% BF to 218LBS and 12% BF now in 5 months did't take anything just stict diet cardio and training now just looking for something to give me that boost to get even lower. I am deployed to Iraq right now and going on 15 days of leave back to the states so trying to get down to 8% BF or lower by MAY is CLEN even the right answer ? I have a good knowledge base on training just do not know a whole lot beside what i have read about cycles.

    I think taurine is good to run with clen, another good supplement is keto, will help you sleep, take some before bed.

    Well let me start by saying congratulations on your accomplishment.
    I suggest that you start up a phase dedicated towards hypertrophy instead of continuing your path to fat burning. This way, you body will respond rapidly to the change of pace and in turn, will make getting into the single digit percentage that much easier with more lean mass.

    If you do start to cramp, take at least 3g of taurine to counter the cramping. I would also recommend that your potassium intake was regulated. People who train naturally can run into muscle cramping issues if their potassium levels are low. Most importantly, stay hydrated.
