started my clen cycle yesterday, have 100tabs 40mcg clenabuterol and started on 40 e.d , will move to 80 tomorow and then 120. i am doing 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. cardio 3-4 1hour intence runs a week and weight training 4 times each week split muscle groups. clean 2500 caleries e,d not looking to loose alot of weight as im not overweight just lookinf to have extra help with cutting up.
couple questions
how long can i run 2 weeks on 2 weeks off for max ?
can i expect to see good noticble results ?
and can clen help build clean muscle to?
