Hello, I'm a newbie looking to run possibly my first cycle coming out of my cut (6 weeks). I'm 5'11, 180, 19 years old (resist the temptation to flame) and about 12% bodyfat. I've been lifting on and off for the last 4 years, with the last 6 months consistantly for 5 days a week/~90 mins per trip.
I'm thinking of running just a small test cycle of test E at 200mg/week for 1-12 weeks following with a pct of clomid and nolva for 4 weeks. I'm really not sure about my gyno pronability at this point so i'll have to wait and see.
My diet is as follows (bulking): sleep 9 hours.
Meal 1 (9:00) - 40g protein whey shake, 1 serving oats, 1.5 cups milk
Meal 2 (12:00) - sandwich usually ham, turkey, with olives and almonds
meal 3 (2:00) - tuna sandwich with milk
meal 4 (6:00) - beef and rice, or chicken and rice (pre-workout meal)
meal 5 (10:00) post workout shake, ~40g whey, 1.5 cups milk, banana, multivitamin, creatine
meal 6 (12:00) - peanut butter sandwich with cottage cheese
I have a few questions about side effects and gains.
1.) how much lbm would I put on working out 5 days ~90m per trip (read the faq, will drop my sets down from 15 to 12 for each muscle)
2.) infertility and ED, these are serious concerns I have, I would like to be able to procreate very much, more so than getting big
3.) I've read you can keep anywhere from 20-90% of your gains, with proper pct I'm thinking more towards the top of the echelon, thoughts?
Currently I'm not drinking and my growth plates have closed (broke my ankle last year my doctor informed me)
