    First time cycle Questions

    Hello, I'm a newbie looking to run possibly my first cycle coming out of my cut (6 weeks). I'm 5'11, 180, 19 years old (resist the temptation to flame) and about 12% bodyfat. I've been lifting on and off for the last 4 years, with the last 6 months consistantly for 5 days a week/~90 mins per trip.

    I'm thinking of running just a small test cycle of test E at 200mg/week for 1-12 weeks following with a pct of clomid and nolva for 4 weeks. I'm really not sure about my gyno pronability at this point so i'll have to wait and see.

    My diet is as follows (bulking): sleep 9 hours.
    Meal 1 (9:00) - 40g protein whey shake, 1 serving oats, 1.5 cups milk
    Meal 2 (12:00) - sandwich usually ham, turkey, with olives and almonds
    meal 3 (2:00) - tuna sandwich with milk
    meal 4 (6:00) - beef and rice, or chicken and rice (pre-workout meal)
    meal 5 (10:00) post workout shake, ~40g whey, 1.5 cups milk, banana, multivitamin, creatine
    meal 6 (12:00) - peanut butter sandwich with cottage cheese

    I have a few questions about side effects and gains.
    1.) how much lbm would I put on working out 5 days ~90m per trip (read the faq, will drop my sets down from 15 to 12 for each muscle)
    2.) infertility and ED, these are serious concerns I have, I would like to be able to procreate very much, more so than getting big
    3.) I've read you can keep anywhere from 20-90% of your gains, with proper pct I'm thinking more towards the top of the echelon, thoughts?

    Currently I'm not drinking and my growth plates have closed (broke my ankle last year my doctor informed me)

    Post your proposed cycle including PCT. No one will like your age, but at least show them you've done the research to run it properly

    Just read over your diet, what time do you wake? Most people like to make the first meal a solid food meal.

    again i don't know if this much is necessary for such a small cycle, but i'd rather keep it safe, especially considering the pct costs less than the product.

    I sometimes eat a full meal breakfast, usually 4 eggs, 2 wheat bread toast, 6 sausage links and milk with some fruit. I understand my age is a concern and no one should feel obligated to help me if they don't feel it right. but that's why I'm here where experienced users are to make the best informed decision I can rather than just taking dbols like some idiots i know and ending up with gyno.

    Its not a temptation to flame my friend. Its the fact of the matter. You are too young. Your body is still going threw changes and steroids can potentially do damage. I can tell you right now. The "experienced users here to make the best informed decision"... They are going to tell you to hold off because that is the best informed decision. However it is your body. 19 is really young... 21 is pushing it in my opinion.. But a teen... Dude... your diet is what will make you grow and your test levels are at their highest.

    200mg/week is rediculous that is like an hrt dose. At your age you have very high natural test and are likely producing 70-100mg weekly on your own, 200mg of Test E is is only like 130mg of raw test so you really are wasting your time and risking side effects for nothing.

    ^^^ I didn't even bother reading past the stats.... Busy at work. But definitely true... Wow....

    OP honestly if your going to cycle.. I wouldn't shut myself down for 200mgs.

    so you are taking 4 weeks to start PCT? If you read the PCT start times, I believe its 14days for Enan?

    And in this situation, its not the "small" cycle that can cause concerns, but rather, the length of time you will be shut down with PCT not starting till week 16.

    I would consider not running a cycle at this point. I know you dont want to hear this, but its the honest truth

    alright, thanks for that advice, my first thought was going to be 400mg wk. I understand my body is still nearing it's physical peak. Any insight on what the actual risks are pertaining to infertility and ED? I understand there are risks, and if i decide to make the leap then i'd rather be jumping into a pool of knowledge than eating shit onto a floor. Also like i said this won't happen until i'm done cutting anyway, so i'm giving myself plenty of time to decide.

    Also i was just going with the general numbers for pct, clearly I need to do more research before I start my cycle. I'll come back in a few weeks most likely have a revision
