    Test 400 and Winny??

    Hi, guys just trying to figure out my next cycle. I am 24 5'11 180 11% bf. I was hoping to get input on anyone who has ever ran this cycle, and what worked best for dosages for you??? I am thinking of front loading 2ml of Test a couple days b4 starting the winny. I will be starting at 50mg/ed then week 5-8 75mg/ed. I will also be shotting every third day 1ml. What do you guys think, oh ya running 10 weeks. With clomid and arminax for pct. Thanx for the help!!

    Small???? Not at all, but I do want to pack on 10 pounds of muscle. Summer time ya know lol... But ya I am a pretty big guy, just dont have the biggest legs. Trying to focus more on them lately, bc frankly I hate the chicken legs. I.E think this is why I only weigh in 180 morning... You have any advice about the cycle???

    Keep working the legs, it doesnt take long for them to start to grow and add weight. Keep eating and you should easily be able to pack on 10 lbs of natural muscle. 5'11" you should be able to reach 200 naturally without any AAS and be low BF before cycle.

    Your diet must be lacking a little or you would be over 190 now or at least soon now that you started legs. Give it a few more months to see where you are at after tweaking your diet and the routine so you get more legs in.

    Morning 6:30am 8 eggs whites, 1 whole. cup of oats with tablespoon honey
    9:30am Tin of tuna. protein shake, Almonds
    12:00 Lean meat I.E chicken, turkey, etc, 250ml Brown rice, cup of broc
    2:30 Can of chicken, or turkey, flax oil
    4:00 Work out
    P.W.O 40g shake, rice cakes
    6:30 Lean meat, rice, salad, and veggies
    9:00 Protein shake, almonds

    I have one cheat meal a week.

    I was up to 190 2 months ago natty, but I then have started to lift heavy with few reps. And to be honest I was doing that on this diet and I started to loose weight. I think I was not getting enough calories. I look great but still tai 180 is (small) ..
