What exactly does SYNTHESELEN do?

Never heard of that brand, but it sounds like Synthol, also known as SEO. Site Enhancing Oil, and no, you dont drink it.

It can be a very complicated and dangereous compound if not used correctly (and a lot of people dont use it correctly).

You inject it into your lagging or problematic muscles to help stretch the fascia to increase in size where you cant seem to get any more gains at.

Not something to just experiment with and I would never recommend it to anyone who doesnt know what they are doing.

It isnt like synthol from my knowledge.

He drinks it.

the spelling could be different.

He told me it helped him with his stamina, strength etc.

Hard to tell then. If its drinkable, and it helps with stamina, it could just be some OTC type drink.

he didnt buy it at a store, he got it from a friend

You need to find out more about it. It's probably just a caffeine drink or natural stimulant with a fancy name so they can charge more.
