    2nd cycle

    getting ready for my 2nd cycle. did my first one about 5 years ago . it was
    test 12 weeks
    deca for 10 weeks
    and d-bol for the first month

    i am currently 6'1 230lbs and am in ok shape. i am lifting my max and want to get over the hump. i was thinking of just doing 16 weeks of just test to increase strength. and of course pct's after. not wanting to get much bigger. any opinions?

    16 weeks is too long. I would run 12 wks again if it worked out for you last time. More does not always mean better.

    What do you mean by "ok" shape? Do you know what your bf % is?

    don't know my body fat but but i work out five days a week and i have a few extra pounds around my waist

    i will go 12 weeks if recommended
    should i stack or keep it simple?

    I would keep it simple, but first I would get your bf% checked to make sure it's not too high. I mean I don't know you could be in great shape, but you know yourself better than we do. If you think your bf% is around 12% and are in good shape with solid diet and training experience then you should be g2g. But just make sure you have everything planned out and have done research. I'm sure you know some since you have cycled before, but a little more info never hurt anyone.

    If dbol worked for you before without many sides you might run that again, but I personally would leave out the deca .
