test 12 weeks
deca for 10 weeks
and d-bol for the first month
i am currently 6'1 230lbs and am in ok shape. i am lifting my max and want to get over the hump. i was thinking of just doing 16 weeks of just test to increase strength. and of course pct's after. not wanting to get much bigger. any opinions?
