ok yesterday I started talking one ** winny tab a day....
no I have been splitting the tab taking half in the morning... and the other half before working out...
I have been chewing them as well... and drinking... water once there is nothing left to chew...
my question is... should I keep doing it like this... or should I change something up (ie - take the whole tab at once... if so when in the morn or b4 workin out)
let me know fellas...
