    what should I do?

    I'm totally new to this but I've always wanted to try it.

    I'm 6-1'' 265lbs. I had a bmi and I need to lose 20lbs. to reach a goal of 21%.
    I wanted to get muscled up.
    Like I said I am new to this and I would need to know what to take,how much and what I should take along with it. From what I read so far I'm thinking about taking deca .

    Start with a proper diet and cardio. BF is too high for aas. How old are you?

    diet and cardio Bro. You dont want to cycle till your bf is at least below 15 %
