Newb:clen to precipitate fat loss before 1st cycle
hows it going...
5'8" 206
22%bf
35yr
trying to get bf down so I can do a first cycle and was wondering what yall thought about taking clen to speed up my fat loss??? Would be clen only.. Have workd on diet hard and think I have it in a good spot.. Got some advice about it from mg on here...now I'm just waiting.. Do yall think clen would be a good choice to precipitate my results and if not do you have any other that you would recommend... Thanx
diet:
50%pro 25%f 25%carb
2500cal
approx: 300g pro
150g carb
70g fat
split into 6 meals..
getting 3/45min interval cardio
3/days circuit total body lifting
tdee: 3054
lbm: 161lbs/73.39kg
bmr: 1955

It wasn't clear on your cardio schedule: you're only doing 3, 45min sessions a week?
I really don't see the need for clen at this point. I know you want to results tomorrow,
but at 22% BF you can ALOT naturally.
Then use clen, if you want, when you are already pretty lean, and just need an extra push.

yeh 3 cardio/week but I'm doing circuit lifting the other 3 days HIRT...SO IT's A LIFT/cardio session... That not good enuff?

Need to get BF down naturally first to help avoid estro side effects with cycle. Diet is key. Also, you need to do cardio 5-6 days a wekk in morning on empty stomach for 45 minutes along with a strict diet and I guarantee you will shed fat quickly over a 60 day period. Keep working hard.

That is good enough man, you dont need the clen if you have your diet spot on and are at the gym 6 days a week. Do what D7M said an use clen for when you need that extra little push when your already lean.
