    new to this and i wanted to know what kind of anabolics should i take? i weight 140

    im new to this steroids use and i know theres many different types of it i wanted to know which one should be the best for me.

    im 20 years old, i weight around 147 im 5´9 ive been working out for about a year now and the problem is i dont get bigger , im cut , ive been taking protein and creatine also vitamins but now im really interested in taking steroids but i dont know which one should be the best for me help would be much aprecciated thankkss
    oh and i also want to know about how much does it go for

    1st, Read the Rules BRO. Second posts ur stats, Age, BF etc. At 140 that's pretty lean. I'm sure u can add weight natural with a good diet. Mite wanna check the diet section as u research a lil more. Take time, research and ask questions. Everything u need is on this board and there are many members willing to assist.

    an extra meal a day would do you more good the steroids

    The reason your not gaining weight is cause your diet probably sucks. 140 is way too light to be taking AAS you can easily put on good clean mass being that lean already. Post up your diet in the diet section an the vets will critique it for you if you ask nicely Make sure you include macros for each meal.. ( carbs/prot/fat/cals)

    damm my bad its just that im new to this and i didnt know where to post my question.... and well see the problemn is i dont gain any weight no matter how much i eat ive been eating like a pig for a while now and i dont increase that much weight

    yea like you tryed very hard...op your too young bro and untill you learn to eat to grow then all the aas in the world wont help you....you must learn to walk before you run right?....start with the basics of diet and exercise......you have so much too learn and this is the place to do it so get crackin...

    Regardless of how much you think you eat it is not enough and yes you can eat more. If you start taking any AAS you will gain nothing without a solid diet. People dont realize that FOOD IS EVERYTHING, well that and sleep and lifting. But as far as something to intake into the body, food is what makes you grow.

    Let that sink in for a while.

    Now if you say you eat a lot and you still dont gain weight then please post your diet. Yes this is the AAS section but since you already have a thread we are here to help so post that daily diet up. Doesnt have to be exact at the moment, we'll get to those questions in a few.

    Forget the juice, if you can`t take responsibility for your poor eating habbits you will never grow, it simple math you need the calories to gain weight.

    I have a good cycle for you bro:

    weeks 1-12: 6 meals @ 3500 calories/day
    weeks 13-14: 7 meals @ 4000 calories/day

    PCT

    weeks 15-97: 7 meals @ 4500 calories/day

    Q: What does your workout routine look like? Do you lift to failure? Do you do cardio? I had the same problem as you and i figured out that along with my diet that my training wasnt up to par to build mass.

    basically you need to eat and your not getting enough. 6 hotpockets a day wont get you jacked. You need to start upping your carbs, proteins, and possibly fats depending on where your at. First you need to reply so we can help.

    Find out your TDEE, eat above your TDEE and lift HARD every workout. You dont want to do too much cardio if your trying to gain weight, specially since ur doing natty. Just do ur research around the diet section.. make up ur own bulking diet and post it up for people to help you out.

    well rite now im lookin like u in the pic but only a little bit smaller lol and dats cus ive been workin out for a year now im pretty cut .. ive becomed stronger but not really getting bigger rite now im eating 4 meals a day ..
    1. morning - apple juice wit 2 sandwichs of meat its a spanish food
    2. 3 hours later - beef wit rice and beans and a egg usually
    3. 3 hours later protein
    4. 3 hours later same as number 3 or chikenn
    ive started doing this about 2 months ago so any helpp on if i should take steroids or not ?????' oh and ive recently weighted myself and i weight 147

    Yuor diet needs alot of work.

    Goto the diet section first and learn from there. You will not grow with steriods and that diet.

    you cant use them now because you are under wieght cause you dont eat right. so if you continue to eat the same way steriods will not make you grow. If you learn to eat right you will grow with out steriods for a while.

    I'm shorter then you and eat alot more and im cutting weight

    I'd say a good weight for you would be 190ish. Being 140 its obvious you that you need some serious diet work and if you were to jump right onto AAS then you could hurt yourself by ripping a tendon or something from not being in the gym for very long

    Haha well you look like me in the pic only 70 lbs less. Seems like you need to focus more on your carbs, since it looks like you are listing a bunch of protein. People actually lose weight on protein only diets. You need to have carbs with every meal, brown rice being an example. Eat monster portions of it, thats how i started to gain myself. You might also want to read in the dieting section. Good luck,

    First of all whats your age? I dont think ive seen that. Secondly the reason you shouldn't use anabolics now is because, yes you might gain 5 or 10 lbs but you will not keep it after your finished with your cycle. Trust me ive been there, it sucks. You will be amazed how much you can gain in a month just from eating more. Diet is way more important than steroids. I doubt you even know how to lift to make yourself grow. What does your workout routine look like?

    You are not eating enough food.

    That diet SUCKS COMPLETELY. For somebody at 5'9 you should be eating much more then that. I was eating probably over triple what you eat calorie wise ,when I was bulking and i'm 5'5.

    Fix your diet asap if you want to gain weight.

    In order to gain 10 pounds in 2 months, you will need to increase your daily calorie intake from your normal maintenance level of 2970 calories per day, up to 3546 calories per day.

    some people come to this forum with 1 purpose and to find the right cycle of juice for them and there's no talking them out of it hopefully its not him but thats what i ment, they see it as a shortcut not a way to increase your "genetic potential"

    Once again Jason you hit the nail on the head!! lol...bro you dont need any gear right now you are to young and wiegh practically nothing. If you were to jump on juice you will do more damage then good, your body will do so much more if you have a diet like Jason to just layed out for you. Gain more weight and put some good time in the gym and in a few years if you are still interested you will be ready for gear. We aint trying to tell you what to do, we aint your parents, we are just keeping it real bro. Good luck!

    I started at 130lbs, and am now 175. The only steroid I took was bacon, haha

    You need to eat. Working out for a year won't make you bigger. Working out for 40 years won't make you bigger, if you don't EAT.

    Eat Jack Mack :] :] cost about 1-2$ in a can.. roughly 60-70 grams of protein depending on brand

    I was 140 lbs in 21 months i got to 195... GOOD OL' STATE FOOD BABY
    I could barely deadlift 315, I got up to 545 for a single..
    All by eating Anabolicly and of course HARD HARD WORK and Dedication ...

    I understand where ur coming from brown when I was 20 I weighed about 150. Like everyone else is saying ur gonna HAVE TO EAT MORE OF THE RIGHT STUFF AND LIFT HARD AND HEAVY. Ur still young as well and u should think long and hard bout messing with ur pituitary axis at this young of an age. Max out ur genetic potential before u dive into Anabolics. I went to 170 and 27 years old before I ran my first cycle. And I'm no Anabolic pro but a first timer I'd say 500 mg of test enanthate a week for 12 weeks would be a good start with extreme attention to diet and core exercises at heavy weight and put just as much into ur PCT ifya wanna keep ur gains.

    But also your 20 years old, that about 5 years to young for steroids. If you use AAS now you'll be on HRT for life.

All the supps, lifting, and gear in the world isn't gonna do a thing for you if ur not eating right, and to gain mass that means a lotta calories, at least 2 grams of protein per pound of body weight, and about the same with carbs. Like everyone else has said, you'll be amazed at the gains you will get by improving your diet. Good luck

    are you sure he will be on HRT??.. i know many many people who used aas under the age of 25.. and all of them are doing just fine w/ their natural testosterone production..

    I know i'm beating a dead horse, but your diet is absolute crap. When I came to this forum, my diet was complete crap and STILL looked much better than this. My point is that you wouldn't believe how much I learned in the diet section, and nowadays I am eating so much cleaner than I ever imagined. The guys that post regularly over there are excellent and will help you out - but you will need to do the work. GL, hope to see you there.

    And to beat the other dead horse - you're too young and light for AAS.
