only omna cycle

hi,

I plan to do a cycle with omnas (15 amps). In Anabolics 2009 there is a sample (9weeks) cycle for sustanon 1-2w 250mg 3-8w 500mg 9w 250 mg. WL suggests to take 20-40 mg Nolvadex /tamoxifen per day.

My questions to you:

1. should I do the 9 weeks cycle above or lenghten with a week (8-10 w 250 mg)?
2. I plan to take 25 mg proviron for the last 50 days above the nolvadex. Is this enough in your opinion or 50 mg should be taken?
3. for PCT I will use HCG and Nolvadex for sure, but should i take clomid as well?

That dose is pretty low, I would suggest you get more and run a consistant dose of 500mg/week for 10-12 weeks. Can you give us some stats?

with omna definitely give a thought to the water retention issue. either go by tamoxifen or aromasin /arimidex but i`d add some oral anabolic in the cycle as well. i presume is your frist cycle. try clomid in the pct for me it works even if gives me bad side effects.

No actually this will be my third. I did one only naposim cycle for 6 weeks, and one omna- naposim cycle for 8 weeks (naps only for 6). After I had a long break for years. This one would be a booster for the restart. Therefore the low dosages, I plan to shoot E5D.

What about PCT? Could you help me wih your experiences. Some says to start HCG three weeks after last omna, and then Nolva/Clomid. Others said to have HCG in the cycle...
