Tired on cycle?
Anybody else experience this? I'm currently running my second cycle. Both have been simple and low dose. First was 500mg's of Sust 250 PW and the current is Test Enth at 500mg's per week. Both cycles have produced an increase in weight, strength, irritibility, sex drive.........and fatigue?? I'm almost ALWAYS tired.

I'm only 5 weeks into my first cycle of test sust at 500mg a week and even with the dbol kickstart I felt tired after the first week. Now that I've finished the dbol I feel better. Back to normal energy level.
I was begining to wonder if it was because of my drastic diet change a few weeks prior. I also tightened up my diet a bit more while cycling. I used to intake much more sugar through out the day.
The good thing is I usually don't have trouble sleeping other than getting up to pee in the middle of the night and I just keep getting stronger.

Rest is very important when on cycle, so if your not getting enough sleep for your body to recover at night then your going to be tired through out the day. I usually like to take a little nap after my workouts an then go about my daily routines lol

be sure you are not overtraining. even if on gear its possible to over train.

My friend experienced fatigue with a test/winny cycle. He had great gains from it so gear was legit. Could be from lack of sleep or constant stress. Also make sure you are getting the right nutrients in your diet.

daylight saving has ruined me for the last several weeks- I wonder if test messes with your sleep cycle. I do tend to wake up earlier on cycle.

Sometimesw I yawn at the gym. Don't know why? exept growing people need more rest... I work an assload of hour too, I hear ya. I chill every chance I get. If I hit the gym eod I get better workouts. Most the time I don't even to a pre workout drink cuz if I do I'm screwed, cuz ill be all jacked up and won't sleep. And I try and cut the water down after workout, so I don't get up in the midle of the night. Other then that a sleepen tab will kock me out if I'm wore out and need to sleep to recover. And all darkness no tv. That helps alot

it's called steroid fatigue my friend...it's linked to your estrogen levels. do a search on it in this forum there should be some useful info that could help you.
i normally get it at around week 7 of my cycle, im gaining weight and strength but feel constantly tired regardless of how much sleep i get. it's seriously annoying lol
but it normally tapers out for me at week 10 (on a 14 week cycle) so im not too concerned about it.
