    Am I ready?

    And before you answer "if u have to ask, then you're not ready"......please don't.

    Based on my stats, would you, the experienced member, run a first cycle.

    Age: 28
    Height: 6'3"
    Weight: 218lbs
    Bf%: abs and veins (not positve but in the past as low as 4%, id estimate 12% now)
    Experience: 6 years of solid weight work, a few years off, one year back on, no missed workouts, up from 185lbs, and down in body fat.

    I eat healthy and enjoy what I eat. Was vegetarian during the first 20lbs of muscle I gained.

    Work out 4 days per week

    ALL SETS 30SEC-1MIN REST
    1) chest, legs
    Flat dumbell 8,8,4,4 then a dropset of 8,8,8
    Incline dumbell 8,8,4,4 then drop 8,8,8
    Flatbench: 5 reps, increaseing by 10lbs/set until I can't finish (about 10 sets)
    Superset w/
    Dumbell flyes sets of 10
    Leg press 10x10 adding a 25 then a 45 on each side, then drop to 405 to failure, then 315 to failure
    Some abs
    2)Back, Deadlift (plus one chest ex)
    Decline benchpress 8,8,4,4 then8,8,8drop
    Barbell row 10,8,6,4
    One arm db row 5x5, with dropsets of 5x10
    Deadlift sets of three adding weight until I can't finish,generally 10 sets. Then a set of 5,8,10 reps with decreasing weight
    Widegrip pulldowns 10,8,6,4 15,15
    Low pulley 10,8,6,4,15
    3)shoulders, various legs
    Dumbell press 10,8,6,4
    Front military 5x10
    Superset with upright rows 5x10
    Dumbell shrugs 5x10
    Superset with lat raise 5x10
    Light powercleanpress, or hacksquat until demolished
    4) arms, squat
    Close grip bench press 10,8,6,4,15
    Superset with barbell curls 5x12
    Incline tricep ext 5x10 drop 5x10
    Superset with incline db curl 5x10 drop5x10
    Squat 3 reps adding weight until fail, 10 sets then 5,8,10 with dec weight
    Dumbell curl 5x8 superset hammer curl5x8
    Giant set with rope pulldown 5x8 superset with bent over pressdown 5x8

    Monday,Wednesday,Thursday,Saturday

    4 rep maxs:
    Bench:225 bar, 110lbs dumbells
    Shoulder press:85lbs dumbells
    Barbell row: 200lbs
    Squat 315lbs
    Deadlift: 335 lbs


    Cycle start: july
    Cycle:
    200mg test enth as 100mg 2x/week for 12 weeks
    30mg var split into 10mg 3x/day for 8 weeks
    Standard clomid/nolva pct

    Any reason such low doses of Test? And I'm not that familiar with Anavar, but I think 90mg is a bit on the high side. I'm sure more experienced people will come on and say something more useful.

    I just tweaked it a bit

    And yes, 90 mg of var/day is a bit high (80 being considered high,although many go up to 150). I'm sorry, I actuall meant to write 30mg split into 3 10mg doses. It was a misprint and I have edited it

    I started a cycle 5 years ago at 250mg/week of test and have done 1000mg/week, trust me there is a difference. I would personally start with 500mg/week
