    deca for recovering from an injury

    hey every body i have a sore at superspinatus and iwant to recover faster
    i read that mos of AAS increase the producing of red blood cells does that mean more oxygen intake in my body whi9ch lead to recovering faster or it didnt help
    iam thinking in usin 50 mg deca per week for that as i afraid from blocking the HPTA and iawnt to begin abulking cycle after recovering as ilost more muscle tissues from not training
    what do you think and if there is athing better plz tell me

    No. Do NOT do deca by itself. It will shut you down.

    almost every exogenous hormone you administer will shut you down..

    i have used deca, deca/EQ, Deca/EQ/GF/IGF/SLIN all for injury recovery.. IMO i saw nothing special from any of the combinations
    though my joints felt a lil better when on DECA even at 200mg/wk doses .. maybe an increase in synovial fluid from prolong usage of deca.. ? i was on it for like 6-9months straight (deca/GH) also had test in there too

    iget as idont have aproblem with my joints iwant use deca and all of them wont help me to recover my sore

    GH helps me with injury but it takes along time still and doses must be higher than what I see people posting about.

    what dose n' run time did you utilize to aid you in recovery with said injury? n' what type of injury was it?

    Partial tendon tears one triceps, on quadricep tendon that would not heal after over a year even took a month off along the way. I found that 5iu-8iu of good gh ed helped greatly reduce recovery time and I did not get any more injuries after that point. I definitely think it helped cause nothing else did and I tryied it all and it just started to get better.

    EDIT: it took 4 months to start to see possitive benefits its not a quick fix by any stretch. But that was four months that I could continue to train with intensity instaed of being sidelined which is where it was heading.

    This is interesting to hear..because I just started taking GH for pretty much the same reason.
    Got a couple of nagging areas in my body.

    I've been on(Riptropin) for two weeks and started at 3iu first week and 5iu's second week.
    I'm like..ok..so when am I going to start noticing something here..because I still have no noticeable sides.

    I forgot to ask...what brand are you taking?

    Thanktropin. Rips are some of the best gh around made in the old ********** facility to the same standards give it time. It does take awhile and the sides depend on the person some get them some dont but you havnt been on long enough to notice anything yet.

    I ran 400mg of Deca alone for 8 weeks for horrible tendinitis that I had in both forearms. I didnt have any issues at all with libido and by week 10 I had absolutely no pain in my forearms at all.

    I absolutely love Nandrolone. When I'm on it I can lift as heavy as I want for as long as I want without any tendon pain.

    OP, you need to listen to the guys saying DONT do Deca alone or for thinking it will repair anything.

    The GH/HGH is about the only thing that will hep with repair.

    Is English NOT your first language or are you trying to sound like a Ghetto 12 yr old? No flame Im really just wondering. My spelling sucks but DAMN!!! lol

    Deca actually attributes to reparations muscle and connective tissue due to its promotion of lubricative fluids.

    yes english is my second language lool
    yes bro i know isholdnt run deca alone i thought that it can help me in recovery and don't block the HPTA if i used 50 mlg only per week but people told me that it cant help me
    GH is the only steroid that may help me
    but iam still beginner
    do you have other suggestion?
