Partial tendon tears one triceps, on quadricep tendon that would not heal after over a year even took a month off along the way. I found that 5iu-8iu of good gh ed helped greatly reduce recovery time and I did not get any more injuries after that point. I definitely think it helped cause nothing else did and I tryied it all and it just started to get better.
EDIT: it took 4 months to start to see possitive benefits its not a quick fix by any stretch. But that was four months that I could continue to train with intensity instaed of being sidelined which is where it was heading.
