i have been training for 3 years and i have 1 cycle under my belt which i regret doing as i did not have a lot of knowledge about steroids.
I have a clean diet around 90% clean but do not know my bf %. Also, lately i have been doing cardio around 3-4 times a week for roughly 40mins.
I am thinking of running a 5 week cycle or maybe more of Tri-Test 400 and masteron. 2ml of each a week. Also i have sum clen hangin around the house which i mite throw in.
I am looking for a bit of size but more defined.
