32yrs 6'3" 240 not sure about % BF, diet is good (although I cheat once every 2 weeks or so) I'm not a heavy lifter I have been more of a light weight more rep person. My goal is to gain some strength and also get more lean.
Looking for a good Test for a first cycle with some VAR. I have always hated pins ever since I was younger going to the Dr., but i know that is where I need to be.
What is the best Test to start out with so that I only have to pin once a week? Can I get away with Test E 350mg a week? The VAR I have coming is 50mg/tab.
Any thoughts/help on a good cycle/time/dose would be much appreciated.
