    Clen and workout questions

    Hey guys,

    I have been on clen for alittle bit. I started losing alittle and all of a sudden, I gained about 3 lbs within a week.

    My work out consists of cardio but alot of weight training. Could the gains be muscle? My body fat % is the same as before. I havent changed my diet much. I have been doing mostly veggies and grilled chicken. Tons of water. Could it be water weight?

    I am wondering if I should do less weight training and more cardio for the rest of my Clen duration. What do you guys think? Thanks

    My GUESS is that it is water weight. Unless you had a super poor diet and excessive amount of calories to go along with that you wouldn't gain 3 lbs. of FAT in under a week.

    Sometimes drinking too much water CAN make you retain some..

    if " a little bit " you mean more than 2 weeks then the clen isnt working and more.

    how r u cycling it ?

    Clen is slightly anabolic, so if you are using a low low dose (20-60mcg) then it is possible to put on a little muscle mass. When you bump the dosage that is when you see more of the wt loss properties.
