I have been on clen for alittle bit. I started losing alittle and all of a sudden, I gained about 3 lbs within a week.
My work out consists of cardio but alot of weight training. Could the gains be muscle? My body fat % is the same as before. I havent changed my diet much. I have been doing mostly veggies and grilled chicken. Tons of water. Could it be water weight?
I am wondering if I should do less weight training and more cardio for the rest of my Clen duration. What do you guys think? Thanks
