Muscle Spasm During Quad Injection

Hey, today I injected my 100 mg of test suspension in my quad, and as soon as it went in, i saw and felt a muscle a little above the injection spot spasm twice, i hesitated, aspirated, waited a sec, and it was fine, so i streamed it in slowly. While Im injecting it in, another small spasm is felt. I finished up, cleaned the spot, at which there was barely ne blood. 5 to 10 minutes later I started getting a pretty bad pain, unlike the usual ones, and alittle pain was shooting to my knee, and at other times during the day to my upper, inner thigh. Those effects have subsided, and now the spot is just quite sore, not really puffed up or nething, just hurts a little more then usual. Im just wondering, what the hell happened? Ive always been nervous as to the exact spot to inject in the quad.

your fine bro, I had the same thing happen to me when i did a bi injection
msybe somebody else know why this happens. Could be you knicked a nerve???

Hey bro, it happens to me sometimes. U might have been tensed up and not even realized it. Also i only inject in my quads and it happens to me from the trama of multipule injections in the same area. I wouldnt worry.

happend to me during 2 different quad injections...

Think of it like this...

your putting your finger in this very tight hole, and suddenly the hole contorts and moves around your very STIFF and SHARP finger. Naturally your finger will damage whatever hits it.

Basicaly you "scratched" your muscle and it is sore from it. Mine lasted about 4 days at the worst...and left a bruise about the size of a half dollar....

Went away, and my ass learned to completely relax my leg before hitting it with a needle...hehehe Also happend to my Bi....but then again I was a dumbass and shot it with a 20g needle....

Same thing happened to me today as well while injecting my quad. I heard kind of a popping noise right before the spasm. I have been wondering all day what the hell happened, it hurts, like a Charlie horse.

Just to be the 100th member to say so, I also had it happen to me over a week ago, and not to sound like a lil chonech, but its still sore, just a deep aching soreness. Quads stay sore longer than my ass cheek and delts. Weird.

neway to get by hitting a nerve etc. Doesnt sound too appealing, I tried to follow spotinjections.com 's method exactly, couldnt get th exact spot though
