Unhappy I am way to Tired! Need Help please...

    Need help. Seriously.
I am late 40's ex military.
Worked out most of my life and loved the gym.
10 years ago a bad car wreck stopped my momentum and I never got it back.
Now, even when I try to work out i see no benefit.
Its a chore that I dread.
My blood pressure is up, colesteral is up, energy is AWOL.
    Doc says Im deppressed.
I am thinking HGH for starters but is there anything I could take to get me off my butt and help me see some result that will motivate my ass?
    I feel like crap!

Have some blood work done and see what your test levels are. You might be eligible for TRT which would give you a nice boost in the gym.

If you have no motivation pre aas when you do complete a cycle you will still have no motivation. get off your lazy ass and hit the gym hard for a year minimum. while doing this, research and learn about aas. they help but are not the answer.

try drinking black coffee before you lift. Some guys in my gym do it and swear by it for energy with workouts.

Measure your success in small doses. Set atainable goals and STICK WITH THEM!
Diet is everything. I have changed my ways more radically only recently and feel the difference. Even if pschosematic it helps.
No way AAS until you are on track, clear headed, and are ready IMO
