Cycle Experience: None whatsoever
Workout XP: 3 years of crossfit, olympic weightlifting, running. (no intentions for bodybuilding. I'm just looking for strength, speed, and maybe some cutting.)
Diet: Zone / Paleo
Guys I really appreciate this advice and I want to make this thing right. What would you suggest for my next move? Should I start over completely or can I just adapt to a more suitable cycle from where I'm at?
*Also... I took the dose last night and when I woke up in the morning I had noticeable testicular atrophy. I knew that was a potential side effect but I didn't foresee it manifesting itself so quickly. What steps should I take in regard to this?
