Should I be splitting up my Winstrol during the day (like you would with d-bol)or is it ok to take all 50mg's at one time.

The half life is 9 hours, but I have always know people to take one shot per day. If you broke up your doses into two times per day it would probably keep the levels steadier.

Sounds like you are doing oral winny?

When I run oral winny I split it up into 2, or sometimes even 3, daily dosages. As said above, half life is estimated at 8-9 hours. I usually run more than 50mg of winny / day though..

Its best to split AM/PM but if its a must,,,the once daily dosages will work too.

It's always best to spread the dosing out through the day to keep levels as stable as possible.

half life meaning the time when the substance is at peak level in ones blood..??.so what about taking it twice a day, are the levels still high or is there a time when there is no or very little winstrol in ones system?

if so would it be wise to take it 3 times a day?

Technically speaking thrice daily (every 8hrs) would be optimal although twice is MORE than sufficient. A drug experiences several half-lives before reaching its terminal one. Consequently more than enough active compound is still present and working if taken twice. For more on this topic see my sig.
