How/when to take var

Whens the best time to take the var, i heard somewhere if u take the entire dose in the moring its better on your hpta, or if u take some in the morning and at night youll c better results???

If i was gonna do 60 mg should i do 40 mg in morning and 20 at night
If i was gonna do 80 should i do 60/20 or 40/40 or all at once

Add Mesterolone (Proviron) to reduce the impact on your LH values and have a better PCT.

During only and forget tribulus, try ashwagandha.

It will effect your HPTA regardless
but I suggest to split dosages AM/PM.
