is this pct ok for deca and sus cycle?

hi, just wanted to know if this pct was apropriate for the followin cycle...

sus week 1-12 at 500mg
deca week 1-10 at 400mg

stats..
6ft
15.6st
bf-18% (guestimate never had it checked)
age-22

took armidex threwout cycle...unfortunately have got deca dick...(i mean i cn jerk off but it dnt get hard enuf for intercourse...leading to some embarasin moments) fairly disturbing expirience as it was my first cycle...probably will not be touching deca agen...eventhough i did gain 2 stones with it...with some fat gain im guessin...

anyways the question i have i...the following pct ok..to hopefully sort the deca dick out...

begining 3 weeks after last sus shot...

also iv been told dat if my system aint backi in chec to repeat this pct 4 weeks later...is this rite?

pct looks good ,you could also run hcg on cycle at around 250iu every 3.5th day ,this helps with recovery when useing 19 nor componds such as deca.
