A second time user needing help

Hey all.. i finished my first cycle about 4 weeks ago which was , trenbolone acetate 100mg, testosterone compound 250mg and boldenone undecylenate 200mg... but this time i have been suggested some other stuff by a mate.

so i was thinking for the next course i will try sustanon 500mg and deca 250mg..

i have a few questions about these...

1. how much to take per week? .. my mate says no more then 1ml a week, does that mean .5ml each or 1ml each per week.. wat do you guys recommend?

2. wat would you guys recommend for a pct? last course i was usin "clem" ( or something like that) pills everyday and novadex xt for a month after.. same again?

3. and ive read around people recommend taking noveldtex 20mg from the start of the couse and some say for 4 weeks after???

just lookin for some oppions because its very hard to find infomation on this kinda stuff where i live... thankyou and sorry for the long post/ lots of questions..

400mgs deca per week (2ml) 10 weeks

you pct is piss poor and needs sorting out ,nolvadex xt ?? this is a over the counter pct? if so its useless,also clen is not a pct drug ,its a fat burner,you need real nolvadex and real clomid for you pct ,you also will want to wait a fair while untill you start your next cycle ( time on = time off )

yeah i know the pct is piss poor.. the original way of gettin genox fell through and not knowing any1 else in the game i just whent to a local gym store and asked a guy who works there and he said he just uses the novadex xt for when he comes of a cycle...

but this next cycle im gettin everything all first so should have no problems just aslong as i know what to get..

Sorry just noticed your stats bro. As stated this schmo is giving out information to you... When really you shouldn't be even using steroids. Someone your age your testosterone levels are at peak. You have great risks at running steroids at your age mate.... And I know this isn't something many people want to here.... But 20 is young. I am not parroting your have to be 25. But you can risks messing up your growth plates. Average I have seen is about 20-25 years old. Some as long as 28years old.

thanks for the advice guys... i thought my age would come up.. i have read a few stickys and some say age 21 and som ay age 25.. to be quite honest im completly fine with running aas at my age.. dont think im goin to grow anmore anyway haha

anyways if maddogs adive was ok for a starter i will start on 2ml of each a week.. so 1 ml every 3-4 days..

and yes i came of my last cycle 4 weeks ago.. im goin to wait another 4 weeks just this time i want everything on hand before i start the cycle.. alot of running around and hassle was caused by trying to chase pct and such half way through last cycle...

and as for nolvadex ( genox as we call it in australia).. wat is the go.. take from week one or take as soon as i finish the course for 4 weeks?? thanks guys

EDIT: oh and yeah i got a blood test done at week 5 in my last cycle.. it didnt have hormones though?? eveyrthing was okish besides my liver fucntion... but i had another 1 two weeks later and was all fine... i have a friends who is a pathologist so if some1 can tell me wat i should be lookin out for i will tell him next time.. thankyou

Warning: I am not giving advise on cycle..
as far as blood work you got a basic panel. what you need to really check is your test, free test, prolactin, liver function, igf, and rbc.. those imho are the most important when considering cycles. I did my first cycle when I was your age and really regret it. Gyno surgery at 22 isnt fun and neither is going to the clubs, taking home a hot girl, and not being able to get it up. You are obviously going to cycle, so just read read read.
