Good to see you here. I hope you are recovering well. How is that rehab? I know it's hell on earth bro. This is one of the best sites around. You could spend a year in here just reading and learning. I rarely post cause I am so busy reading and edumacating myself...lol
Yo Gil my good man, rehab is goin well, but they changed chix on me, now i have an unattractive girl shall I say as compared to the f'in bombshell i had before. Pain is easier to take when u have a boner !!!
They said I will be ready in Feb of '02, f'in long while !!!

Training is great bro. I am still at 280 even tho I am only on 2500 cals/d or less for 4 weeks now. I am bridging with anavar at 20mg/d and I respond real well to it I guess. My back is all better now. I missed 10 LONG days of training, but came back feeling better and stronger than ever. I will never do squats again. It's legg presses in bunches from now on.
Hey don't worry about the chick and lower your standards a bit. Ugly chicks give better oral anyway. They have to in order to keep you around longer...LOL
Still a cool 280 !! Saweet ! Im hangin round 212 - 215 and off everything, cant do much about it, gonna ask my Doc about some Deca and GH just to see what he says. We have a nice open relationship !! Ill hit ya up soon for ideas when I get the go ahead from my Doc as to what to add to my daily diet..
Hows the back ? Icin it every day ? Leg presses for reps now ? Or still heavy as hell ?
