This is true, but wouldn't not having them fall AT ALL (virtually that is) be optimal? This is why the twice a week dosing is so desirable.
So why not just make it even and say every 4 days for the long esters?
As with most things in life, we do it for symmetry. More specifically, a week is 7 not 8 days; twice a week is nice and round (even though it's an uneven half day) for memory sake. That way there's no bothersome counting days or marking calendars...
SYMMETRICAL & EVEN = EASILY REMEMBERED
Is dosing 250mg-300mg every 4 days instead of 3.5 really going to make a difference in gains?
Not really, but then with long esters, neither would 5, 6, or 7 days...but there's too much keeping track!
