How long is HCG good for, once reconstituted?

So how long is HCG good for, once reconstituted?

I see some suggest "30 days", but how long is it really?

Well, the answer from Organon Pregnyl, who makes HCG is, "Reconstituted solution is stable for 60 days when refrigerated." As confirmed on the package insert.

After "60 days" it may begin to lose potency, but can still be used IMHO.

sounds about right, though that's assuming you reconstitue with bacteriostatic water or equivalent, if using sterile water i wouldn't go past a couple weeks

Why longer with bac water? Because of the BB?

I've been using HCG mixed with plain sterile water for a good 4-5 weeks now and I'm still getting the side effects of a spike in endo. T. Such as acne or an increase in spots for a few days following injection.

    BA, is in bac water.

Not all brands of hCG use the same fillers.

Some are 30 days. It will depend on the brand.

Bacteriostatic water is sterile water with 0.9-1.0% Benzyl Alcohol, Benzyl alcohol at this percent concentration exhibits bacteriostatic effects, which means that it inhibits the growth of bacteria by messing with their ability to replicate DNA and such. It doesn't kill them, but it will keep them from setting up colonies

Sterile water is just water that has been filtered and contains a low concentration of bacteria, but over time these bacteria will colonize and create a septic solution
