Question bleeding and loss of gear

if the injection site is pouring running blood after the injection.... does this mean some of the gear injected is leaked out with the blood or is that even possible?

No, but when you inject you have to pull the plunger out a little bit to see if there's no blood entering the syringe (it means you hit a blood vessel & you shouldn't inject).
If there's no blood coming out, continue with the injection & the drop of blood you see afterwards is just capillary & insignificant.

^^x2 make sure you are aspirating before you inject! If the injection site is running blood and you aspirated clean it just means you passed through a vein, no need to worry.

If you just pass through a vein nothing should happen. From what Ive read when you inject into a vein it goes right into your heart, which in turn makes your heart go a little crazy trying to push it out which could make you get lightheaded, dizzy and passout. Not sure if that happens all the time or if it's worst case. Either way the amount of time it takes to aspirate I would always do it to be on the safe side. Do a search here someone posted an interesting link with peoples stories about injecting into a vein.
