I got it today done 1000mcg's considering it's for cows and horses 500mcg's per ml is low lol

just shot it every 3-5 days, no need for everyday injection and you can't overdose on it since it is a water soluble vitamin so any excess is excreted in urine

That other thread dose say different, however I've always heard atleast once a week. I do bi-weekly injections, so I would split the dose into two and take with my Test.

Here's the thing, your body can't store that much so when you inject ED you are getting a temporary boost(and a huge one) of b12 vitamins or just b12 depending on what you are using, but since they are water soluble as opposed to fat soluble you will just pee them out by the end of the day, so when you need the boost use it, but know that it will be gone in 6-8 hours

Now i'm even more confused Some people say amy less then 1000mcg a day is a waste. Can I have more input from other b12 users please?

For appetite, i use 1ml 1000mcg each day. WORKS UNBELIEVABLY. i dont see shit for energy, but i eat like a horse. I notice i can eat drastically less when im not using it. Inject it everyday for 2 weeks, take about 5 days off, and then restart. Thats what ive found works best for ME, doesnt mean it will work for you. Just saying

Thanks mate that's wot I am doing at the mo hoping my appitite will increase any day :-) I have 100ml of 500 mcg per ml and it says once u start it u have to use it in 28 days so 2ml a day is no prob.

no, at least i don't think so. He had a case there and i asked him if i could buy a bottle and he said sure - i did not have to go to the pharmacy. I think it was $34 but can't remember - I have had it awhile and will be getting another one from him soon.
