    What else would you take with?

    To achieve a nice bigger look, get defined body. Bodybuilding/Fitness.

    What else would you advise to take with 12week cycle of Testo, 1-10week Deca and Winstrol to finish off for the last 2 weeks.

    Bcca's are they any good or is it not worth it since I'm taking tesco anyway?

    Creatine? Maybe start 2 weeks before so I would lose as much weight/size?

    I'm going to take a weight gainer whilst on cycle too obviously.

    Thanks, let me know what you would do and what would be for the best results.

    2 weeks of winny isn't really worth it.

    Bcaa's of course a great addition to an already good diet.

    Why weight gainers of of course?

    What are your stats:
    age?
    height?
    weight?
    bf%?
    yrs training?

    way to young to even be thinking about steroids, my friend.

    at your age you should have tons of natural test, use it to your advantage!

    What's your diet and training like?

    5 times weekly, mon-chest, tue-back, wed-shoulders, thu-legs, fri-arms. Mix in abs in the week.
    5-6 meals daily. Not including supplements.

    I know about the age,that the body develops till 25 and such but guys our days start taking it at the ages of 15. I don't thinks its that bad if I try a cycle at the age of 19.

    No, it's not that bad starting a cycle at your age...IF you want to possibly have the side effects of low testosterone for the rest of your life,

    Because all 20 yr olds like not being able to maintain an erection.

    And you're really going to use the argument that your friends are doing it, so it's ok?

    Now, let's see what that diet consists of specifically, not just 5-6 meals day.

    I'm not saying my friends do, I just know people that have been and no I'm not arguing I'm trying to explain and to get info as much as possible

    Do you think after the cycle would be better to take some natural test to regain my testosterone levels? Hopefully save my balls?

    Ive already got the stuff, that's why its a bit too late you see.

    Diet:
    Morning- Around 70g of carbs- oats
    Between- Sandwiches 30g protein, 30+g carbs
    Mid day- Jacket potato with tuna, not sure what the nutrition would be for that.
    TRAINING
    After training (about an hour) 2 Chicken breasts + some Vegetables
    And then I would have another meal or two which would be more meat and some eggs or such.

    Try and have 200grams ish of protein after training, some carbs too.

    It's cool, bro. Just trying to help you out as well.

    Just because you have it doesn't mean you MUST take it. Sell it, save it, I don't care.

    But your diet needs some major help. If you're serious about BB you're going to need to head over to the diet forum and get that squared away.

    And I can tell from your posts that there's still ALOT you need to learn about cycling to do it properly and safely.

    On top of all that, it just frankly is NOT worth the risk at your age, man. It really isn't.

    Trust me, it's not a conspiracy that us older users are trying to stop young guys from getting big, we're really trying to help you do it the right, safe way.

    Well I have paid part of the amount for it before and now I need to pick it up and pay the rest for them. I don't I could back out because I would simply lose the money.
    Ok lets say I save it, then it would probably run out of date or something?

    I don't mind messing around with my body but if its got to do with downstairs area I try to be as safe as possible. I have done some research before I bought them obviously but I didn't find anything about the erection problems which is a big thing.

    There is a pretty good diet section in this forum. Staying around here will allow you to get diet and workout advice while learning about steroids so when you do decide to start, years down the road, you will be properly educated.

    cheers for help so far people! I have found some good stuff about diet now and will put in a lot of time reading it.

    Do you think steroids should have BBD few years in advance when i get it? So then I could keep it for couple before I start.
