    1st Cycle Test + EQ need help

    I'm 40 years old I've been working out for several years and I want to put on about 10 to 15 lbs of muscle and I'm thinking of running a test + eq cycle how should I run it and do I need a pct?
    5'8 tall
    185 lbs
    11 percent bf
    just turned 40
    I checked out the diet page and want to run a bulking diet
    I also run 5 miles a day
    I workout 6 days a week
    Please give me some advice

    personally i would drop the eq for now and run a test only cycle maybe kickstart with dbol

    400-500 mgs test enth or cyp per week injected every 3.5 days @ 200 or 250mgs per inj. for 10-12 weeks (30mgs dbol weeks 1-4 optional)

    Pct is a must
    40/20/20/20 nolva ed
    100/50/50/50 clomid ed
    begin 14 days after last inj

    i understand everyday (ed) but the rest is a mistery mainly the sequence of numbers. im going to b running test e for 12 weeks so im interested in this pct recommendation. thanks

    40/20/20/20 means 40mg everyday the first week, 20mg everyday for the next 3.

    i currently run 400g of test week 200 EQ a week and 30mg of anavar ED and i love my results i going for more lean and that what my reaserch came up with the stacked im on im 6'3'' 240 but if your going for a more of size cut down of the cardio your puting you body in a catabolic state ecspecialy with your body fat is good but if your going for te shereded cut look then your on right track but if your trying to get som muscel size with out fat being prob then you need to consume 4000 to 4500 calories a day with low fat intake lots of egg whites and protiens shakes lol but wile on test your going to be eating like a monster i am and so is what i know while on test and so eat real lean 80% of your gains is what you eat so just giving you what i know

    ok so what if i only do 200mg of test and 200mg of eq every 5 days for 6 weeks will that work

    No not really Just follow my above recommendation go check Phates beginner cycles if you like

    200mg of test wont really sho any gains pretty much its not enough go frm 400mg to 600mg a week and with 3 weeks u see yourreasults for eq your suppose to at lease use 600mg a week to get great gains but i got a min supplie so that y i use 200mg of eq but go with the 400mg of test and personaly if u can go 400mg on eq i know this is your first cycle but trust me that is a low dosage for being your first time but eq takes a long time to devolop results so dont worry this be perfect for u but as i said to cut down on your cardio your doing to much with the test u want to get into a anabolic state cus u going to gain at lease 20 pounds and u want that to be muscel so good luck

    And yes u need pct for u be using test and u want maximum gains not just water so use a pct
