I'm 40 years old I've been working out for several years and I want to put on about 10 to 15 lbs of muscle and I'm thinking of running a test + eq cycle how should I run it and do I need a pct?
5'8 tall
185 lbs
11 percent bf
just turned 40
I checked out the diet page and want to run a bulking diet
I also run 5 miles a day
I workout 6 days a week
Please give me some advice
