It can be done, but you run the risk of gear flowing out of the "needle track" I would use another site if I were you and do 2 ml and 1 ml. Try rotating the glutes with the quads. You can even pin the 1ml injection in the shoulder if you run out of sites. It has been done though with 3ml in one spot. If you must shoot all in one spot use a "z track technique" to help seal off the injection.
I assume you are using tren e?
z-track method
- used for injections of irritating substances.
- technique reduces pain, irritation, and staining of the injection site
- helps lock in injection to prevent leakage
method: after choosing and preparing the site for injection, use your nondominant hand to pull the skin laterally and hold it in this position while giving the injection. Insert the needle at a 90 degree angle, aspirate and check for blood, then inject gear slowly. After injecting the gear wait 10 seconds before withdrawing the needle. Withdraw needle and maintain angle. Release the skin immediately after withdrawing the needle to seal off the injection site. This technique forms a Z-shape track in the tissue that prevents the gear from leaking through the more sensitive subcutaneous tissue from the muscle site of injection.

sorry but absolutely no sources will be checked at this present time....
True I know some people that do more. I only say not to because in the hospital injections are limited to no more than 3ml per site. Guess I am too used to protocol lol. Only problem with full 3ml syringes seems to be it is harder to pin with the plunger all the way out. Also a little harder to get the required amount of gear out into the syringe.
